The fuel section can be found under the Fuel Management tab in the TMS dashboard.
The Fuel Card Transactions page displays all fuel card transactions, with transactions made manually indicated in blue.
The transactions can be filtered by date, specific driver, and funding:
If the page includes a line with the driver field displayed in red outline, it indicates that the driver is not assigned to the transaction. To assign the driver, click on the field and choose a driver from the drop-down options.
The different colors in the drivers column also indicate the driver type. The blue stands for fuel customer, the green one - company driver, and the yellow - owner operator, leased owner - operator and contract driver.
