The maintenance dashboard section can be found under the Maintenance tab:
This page provides information about reported open issues, scheduled maintenance, in–service vehicles, and completed maintenance tasks.
1. Reported open issues: This section of the dashboard displays a list of all the reported issues with your vehicles, such as mechanical problems or accidents. The table includes ID, priority, unit, year, make, VIN, issue text, and information on who has entered the issue.
2. Scheduled: The scheduled maintenance section shows a list of upcoming maintenance tasks, such as oil changes or tire rotations. The table includes ID, priority, unit, year, make, VIN, issue text, service location, scheduled time in, estimated completion time, and information about who has modified the issue.
3. In service: This section displays a list of all the vehicles currently in service. The table includes ID, priority, unit, year, make, VIN, issue text, service location, arrival for service time, service start time, updated estimated completion time, and information about who has modified the issue.
4. Completed: This section displays a list of all the maintenance tasks that have been completed. The table includes ID, priority, unit, year, make, VIN, issue text, service location, service completion time, and information about who has modified the issue.
You can view or edit the issue using the action buttons:
