The service logs section can be found under the Maintenance tab in the TMS dashboard.
There you can see organized information about all the maintenance service logs. It includes ID, report status, service location, priority, creation, and upload dates.
To report a service log, click on this button at the top right of the page:
The system will redirect you to the new page, where you will be asked to provide more information about the issue.
The 'Reported By' field indicates the person who reported the issue (e.g., the driver). The 'Vehicle' field allows you to select the specific vehicle with the problem. The 'Category' field is where you can select the type of issue, such as engine, transmission, or suspension. Lastly, the 'Priority' field can be set as high, medium, or low depending on the urgency of the issue.
Please note that after reaching the invoicing stage, you will be asked to select the Line Item Type.
The Line Item Types must be configured in the account settings first. To do so, please click on your username - Settings - Account - Line Item Types:
Then click on the plus button and create a line item type:
Here are the recommended high-level classifications for the line items that can be present on maintenance-related invoices:
After configuring this setting, the option will appear under the Line Item Type.
