To customize or view the registered truck, open the Trucks section and use the action buttons next to the truck’s Unit ID:
A click on the eye icon opens a truck page. After opening it, you will see a few tabs that you can select from.
1. Overview
The overview tab provides you with general important information, such as expiration dates, target miles, financial data and more.
2. Files
The files tab allows you to view the uploaded documents related to the truck, such as lease agreement and annual inspection reports.
3. Tolls
The tolls display information about tolls transactions, related to the truck.
4. Fuel
The fuel tab displays information about the fuel card transactions, related to the truck.
5. Maintenance
The maintenance tab displays information about the maintenance statuses. In the example below, you can see that the truck is marked as Needs repair.
6. Logs
The logs tab provides you with the list of changes made to the truck page.
7. GPS Logs
The GPS logs tab displays a report of all the locations of the truck.
8. Stats
The stats displays a diagram of truck's maintenance and accidents statistics.
9. Accidents
The accidents tab displays a list of the accidents involving the truck.
NOTE: If the truck is considered to be out of service, you will see an OOS sign just below the sections list.
