To view or edit a truck, open the Trucks module at https://app.openroadtms.com/trucks and click on the truck number. The truck profile includes multiple tabs with detailed information.

1. Overview

General information about the truck: expiration dates, target miles, financial data, and more.

2. Files

Uploaded documents such as lease agreements and annual inspection reports.

3. Tolls

List of toll transactions associated with the truck.

4. Fuel

Fuel card transaction history for the truck.

5. Maintenance

Truck maintenance statuses (e.g., Needs Repair).

6. Logs

Record of all changes made to the truck profile.

7. GPS Logs

Report of the truck’s locations.

8. Stats

Maintenance and accident statistics shown in chart format.

9. Accidents

List of accidents involving the truck.

Note: If a truck is marked Out of Service, an OOS sign will appear below the section list.
