Access Available Trucks via Operations → Available Trucks on the TMS dashboard to view truck availability in real time.
Overview
Data comes from OpenRoad TMS and telematics devices.
Trucks are displayed based on the last delivery appointment:
If the assigned driver has no next load, the truck appears as available on the map.
Truck status indicators include: Available, Planned for Today, Off Duty, 34-hour Reset, Off, Unscheduled Off, Vacation, Breakdown, Weather.
Only trucks that have completed off-duty or load events and are currently available are shown.
Customizing the View
Filter by Team and Dispatcher.
Select a day of the week; available trucks will adjust based on the chosen day.
Sort trucks by Team or State.

Click a truck number on the map to view additional information:

Driver details
Current location
Driver Not Showing in Available Trucks
If a driver who should be available does not appear in the Available Trucks list, follow these steps:
1. Check Recent Loads
Review the driver’s recent loads.
Verify customer and driver appointment times, including Time In and Time Out.
Incorrect dates or times may mark the driver as unavailable.
2. Verify Timestamps
Ensure all timestamps are accurate and up-to-date.
Correct any incorrect entries to reflect the proper times and dates.
3. Refresh the System
After making corrections, refresh the Available Trucks page to update the driver’s availability.
