Trailer Board

Access the Trailer Board via Operations → Trailer Board on the TMS dashboard to manage all trailers in your organization.

Overview

• Provides a centralized view of trailers, including location, maintenance status, and availability.

• Filter options include: Trailer State (All, Active, Out of Service, Needs Repair), Team, Dispatcher, and Time Range.

• Click Search to update the display.

Sections

1. Trailer Board – Displays all trailers with current assignments.

2. Dropped Trailers – Trailers recently dropped by drivers.

3. Unassigned Trailers – Trailers not currently assigned.

Color Indicators:

• Orange: Trailer needs repair

• Red: Trailer is reserved

Hover over the trailer number to see detailed information.

Assigning Trailers

To a Driver:

1. Scroll to Unassigned Trailers → Click Assign Trailer.

2. Select Driver by typing the driver ID or using the drop-down.

3. Set Start Date (mandatory) and optionally End Date.

4. Click Save.

To a Location:

1. Click Assign Trailer → Select Location.

2. Choose Trailer Status, Trailer, Start Date, and add additional information if needed.

3. Click Save.

This section allows efficient management of trailer assignments, maintenance tracking, and overall fleet operations.
