How to customize my invoices?

To customize your company's invoices, please visit the Billing section in the Account settings:

The setting will display all the necessary fields for your invoices:

Let's review the fields one by one:

Default - currently opened billing profile. If you have created more than one billing profile, the dropdown will reveal a list of all of them. After selecting one, this field will display its name.

Factoring - if you do not have integration with RTS, this field should be left as 'None'. If you do have RTS integrated and enabled, please select 'RTS' from the dropdown options.

Profile name - currently opened billing profile's name that can be changed according to your needs.

Company name - your company's name.

DBA - "doing business as" - trade name of your company (if you do have one).

Address fields - information regarding your company's registered main location.

Contact fields - your company's contacts for billing.

Tax ID - your company's tax ID number.

MC and DOT number fields - your company's Motor Carrier and Department of Transportation numbers.

SCAC Code - your company's  Standard Carrier Alpha Code number.

Custom notice - a field for any other relevant information that you want to be displayed on your invoices.

Example of filling out this field:
1. Adding this text to the Custom notice field:

Custom invoice message - a field for customizing your personal invoice message. 

By default, it looks like this:

If you fill out the field, your changes will be displayed accordingly:

Logo - your company's logo should be uploaded here instead of the default OpenRoad one.

To add a new billing profile, click on the 'Add new profile' button. If you wish to delete the currently opened profile, click on the 'Delete profile' button.
