Customer profiles

You can access a customer’s profile by clicking on the customer name in the Customers module at https://app.openroadtms.com/customers/. The profile includes an Overview, Files, Loads, and Active Loads.


1. Overview

  • Displays customer contact details, billing info, status, and detention history.

  • Billing info is mandatory to properly bill loads.

    • AP Email – where invoices are sent (must be valid and should not be your company email).

  • Detentions – view detention history by selecting a date range and searching.

  • Customers receive automatic detention emails (upcoming, ongoing, finished).

  • Use the Edit button (top right) to update profile information.


2. Files

  • Central place for customer-related documents.

  • To add files: click Edit, then the upload icon, and select your file.


3. Loads

  • Overview of all loads for the customer.

  • Note: Canceled loads are not shown here.


4. Active Loads

  • Displays a map view and list view of active loads, including load number, status, and details.
