The KPI section, providing information on key performance indicators, can be found by clicking on the Operations tab in the TMS dashboard and selecting KPI.
There are a few tables on this page. One of them, called Operational Stats, gives insights into fleet managers and fleet performance.
The Sales table provides a breakdown of the number of loads delivered, categorized by driver type.
The OTR report provides an overview of the expenses incurred during over-the-road trips, including fuel costs, driver salaries, insurance expenses, and toll fees.
The Additional Income table presents information about supplementary revenue earned, including truck leasing, fuel discounts, owner operator services, and fuel customer earnings.
The Equipment Cost table displays details on the expenses related to truck payments, maintenance, insurance, and damages.
The Staff Cost table presents information on the expenses incurred from paying staff salaries.
Each of the tables provides information on a selected time range. This can be customized using the dates button at the top right corner of the page:
NOTE: Maintaining accurate data entry is crucial for ensuring that the KPI page reflects precise numbers.
