Access Staff via Human Resources → Staff on the TMS dashboard to manage and view employee information.


Overview

  • Displays detailed employee information, including:

    • Full name

    • Work email

    • Personal phone

    • User profile

    • Worker extension

    • Position and department

  • Additional columns can be customized using the column visibility function.


Table Functions

  • Save: Save the table layout

  • Share: Share the current layout

  • Delete: Delete the table


Adding a New Employee

  1. Click New Employee (top right).

  2. Fill out the employee form with relevant information.


Employee Profile

Click the eye icon to view an employee’s profile. Sections include:

  1. Overview – Contact details, status (set to Inactive if terminated), termination date.

  2. Job – Position, department, hire date, termination date.

  3. Files – Applications, resumes, and other employee-related files.

  4. Accounting – Payment, compensation, taxes, deductions, and adjustments. (Ensure fleet managers have their compensation type set to appear in Reviews.)

  5. Loads – Loads associated with the employee.

  6. Statements – Employee statements; click the eye icon to view.
