The users' section is available by selecting Users in the TMS Dashboard:



This page provides a comprehensive overview of all registered users, including their contact information, position, creation date, and last login.



By accessing this page, you can easily view and manage your user database, ensuring that all user profiles are up-to-date and accurate. You can quickly check user contact details, job titles, and other pertinent information, making it easier to communicate with staff and manage their roles and responsibilities.

This page is closely related to the Employees setting and is an essential component of managing your workforce. For more information on how to configure and manage this setting, we recommend visiting the article on System Settings.

If you want to create a new user, click on the New user button at the top right:

This will open up a new window for you, allowing you to provide information about the new user.



When setting up a user's role, you will be presented with a list of pre-defined roles to choose from. These roles include Superadmin, which provides unrestricted access to all system functions, and Admin, which excludes access to Settings/Employee/Payroll pages.

For other roles, you can configure specific access settings using the Access setting feature. This allows you to tailor the access permissions for each role based on their specific job functions and responsibilities.
