I have locked my account. What do I need to do?

To unlock your account, please reach out to a Superadministrator in your company who has the necessary rights. The Superadmin will need to visit the User page at https://app.openroadtms.com/users, search for your locked email, open the user panel, and click on the "Unlock account" button (as shown in the attached image).




Once your account has been unlocked, you should be able to log in without any issues.
