By default, all users have email MFA configured. If you wish to enable SMS MFA (which is a more secure method), and receive the authentication codes to your phone number, please follow the instructions below.
1. Click on your username and select the Edit profile option.
2. In the SMS Multi-factor Authentication dialog, provide your phone number in the Phone field, then click the Send Code button.
After receiving the code, please enter it in the Verification Code field and then click the Verify button.
3. After completing the steps described above, you will see the sentence informing you about the successful SMS MFA configuration.
If you want to switch back to email MFA and discontinue SMS MFA, please go to your user profile (https://app.openroadtms.com/users/) and select the Reset MFA button.
