To integrate PrePass into OpenRoad TMS, we will need the SFTP site address and login credentials. PrePass needs to create the SFTP site, set up logins, and drop the daily toll transaction files so that OpenRoad TMS can connect and process the data.
The go-to person for that information is usually your PrePass account representative.
After updating the Prepass integration setting, it may take up to 24 hours for OpenRoad to process the transactions.
In order for the Prepass data to appear in OpenRoad, each transponder must be created in the system and assigned to the corresponding trucks at https://app.openroadtms.com/transponders.

Please ensure that the start and end dates specified during transponder assignment accurately reflect when the transponder was issued to a truck.
If all steps were executed correctly, the transactions will be displayed on the Tolls page at https://app.openroadtms.com/tolls.
