FourKites

To integrate FourKites with OpenRoad TMS, you will need the following credentials:

• SCAC Code

• FTP Username

• FTP Password

Please contact your FourKites account representative to obtain the required credentials for each field.

Updating Integration Settings

1. Navigate to the Integrations settings in OpenRoad TMS.

2. Enter the SCAC Code, FTP username, and FTP password in the respective fields.

3. Save the information.

Linking Customers to FourKites

1. Open the customer's profile in OpenRoad TMS.

2. Click on the Edit button.

3. Select the checkbox as shown in the screenshot below.

Once the checkbox is enabled, an additional field labeled “FourKites ID” will appear. This field contains a unique ID generated for the customer, enabling you to monitor the customer's loads.

Important Notes

• For FourKites to function properly, a telematics integration is required.

• Currently, OpenRoad TMS supports integration with Samsara for telematics.

• For instructions on integrating Samsara, refer to the Samsara integration article.
