EFS

To integrate EFS, you will need to provide and validate directory login and address information. This information must be used to update the integration settings.

Obtaining Login Information

• Contact EFS to obtain the latest login information files in the correct format.

• Request the following details from EFS:

  • FTP folder location and login credentials where the daily transactions file will be uploaded.

  • Ensure that the file format is Format 2.

  • The filename must include the EXT letters.

Note: Multiple connections to EFS are not supported.

Important Update for Q2 2025

By Q2 2025, the following FTP servers will be decommissioned by EFS:

• ftp.efsllc.com

• ftp.fleetone.com

• ftp.wextransfer.com

To continue receiving your reports, you will need to switch to the new SFTP server:

sftp://sftpus1.mft.wextransfer.com/

Please note:

• EFS will not have access to your new passwords.

• New credentials (including password) will be emailed to your assigned contact by WEX.

• ? Once you receive your new credentials, update your integration in OpenRoad via:
  Settings → Integrations → EFS
