How to integrate FourKites?

To integrate the FourKites, you will need to provide a SCAC Code, FTP username and FTP password. This information will need to be used to update the integration settings. Please reach out to your your FourKites account representative to obtain the credentials required for each field.

After filling out the fields and saving the information, please proceed to the customer's profile, click on the 'edit' button, and select the checkbox marked in the screenshot below. Once done, an additional field will become visible, labeled 'FourKites ID,' which will contain a generated ID specific to the customer. This ID enables you to monitor the customer's loads.

Please be aware that for FourKites to function correctly, a telematics integration is required. Currently, our telematics integration is with Samsara, but in the future, we will support multiple telematics integrations. For more information on integrating Samsara, please refer to this article.
