To access the reviews section in the TMS dashboard, navigate to the Operations tab and click on Reviews.
The Reviews page provides a comprehensive overview of your fleet managers' performance per selected week (past/ongoing/upcoming).
The table below summarizes key metrics related to driver and load performance, including the number of loads, percentage of loads carried on contract versus spot rates, linehaul summary, fuel surcharge, detention, lumper, storage, total cost, fuel cost, driver and tolls, trip expenses, gross profit, rating, active status, miles, gallons, MPG, % loaded, % empty, $ per mile, fuel per mile, driver per mile, and accessorial total.
This table is a valuable tool for assessing fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement, and making data-driven decisions to optimize your fleet's efficiency and profitability.
In order for the fleet managers to show up in the Reviews page, each user needs to be linked to the employee records and employee type needs to be set up as commission. To find information on how to do it, visit the article for Human Resources.
