To find the password settings, click on your username at the top right of any OpenRoad TMS page:
Next, select the Settings line from the drop-down menu:
And click on the Passwords tab:
The password settings refer to the passwords needed to perform certain sensitive actions, such as adding a new fuel card transaction. These passwords provide an extra layer of security and help ensure that only authorized individuals can perform certain actions within the system.
It is important to note that password settings are distinct from your account password. Your account password is used to log in to the OpenRoad TMS, while password settings are used to secure specific actions within the system.
By default, the OpenRoad TMS comes with pre-configured passwords for certain actions. However, it is recommended that you change these default passwords to more secure and unique ones to ensure that your system is protected from potential security breaches.
