If a driver who should be available is not showing up in the list of Available Trucks, follow these steps:
Check Recent Loads: Review the driver's recent loads. Verify customer and driver appointment times, Time in and Time out. Mistakenly setting wrong dates can mark a driver as unavailable.
Verify Timestamps: Ensure all timestamps are accurate and current. Correct any wrong entries to reflect the right times and dates.
Refresh System: After fixing the times, refresh Available Trucks page.
