The list of currently registered drivers (including active, pre-hired, suspended, terminated, and lead drivers) can be found in the Drivers section in the TMS dashboard.

It is an easy-to-navigate general page displaying all the information about the drivers.

At the top of the page, you can see a general overview of driver statistics.

These driver statistics are divided into five categories:

  • Pre-Hired – individuals who have been offered a position as a driver by a company, but have not yet started working for the company due to possible lack of background check or other requirements before being officially hired.
  • Active –  individuals who are currently employed as drivers by a company and are actively working for the company.
  • Suspended – drivers who have been temporarily suspended from driving for the company due to a violation of company policy or a safety concern. They may need to complete additional training or meet other requirements before being allowed to resume driving.
  • Terminated – drivers who are no longer employed by the company. They may have been terminated for a variety of reasons, such as violating company policies, failing to meet performance standards, or quitting voluntarily.
  • Lead - potential drivers.

By default, the available columns that help you customize the information you see include the driver's number, full name, truck, trailer, fleet manager, team, driver's type, phone number, and email, but those selections can be easily customized according to your needs using an Edit columns button.

If you want to look up a certain driver, there are also a lot of search fields for that – simply select the column search field according to the information you want to search for and start typing. For instance, if you have a particular driver in mind and only know his name, click on the Full name search field and type his name.

All of the other columns also have either the search function or the sorting one. To sort the column, click on the column’s name. This will trigger the ascending sort. To view the results in descending sort, click on the column's name once more.

In case you need to download the information, there is also an option for exporting. This way, you can download an Excel file.
