Different sections of loads (including all loads, booked loads, delivered loads, and LTL loads) can be seen by clicking on Loads in the TMS dashboard:

1. ALL LOADS

The main one, including all of the different types of loads, is All Loads.

The default columns can be easily customized according to your needs using a Column visibility function.

In this overview, you can also edit the status of the load. Every load in the database has a specific status that helps to track the load's status. Double-click on the load's status and select a new one:

There are quite a few load statuses you can select from. Such statuses as Booked, Assigned, En Route to Shipper, At Shipper, Loaded, Delayed, and Delivered indicate physical movement of the truck.

Daily loads in Delivered and Delivered - Pending status are exported to QuickBooks. When files are exported, the load status changes automatically:

  • from Delivered to Exported

  • from DeliveredPending to Pending to Bill.

TONU is exported only after the revised rate confirmation is uploaded.

Delivered – Pending and Pending to Bill statuses are used in two cases – when the dispatcher is getting an accessorial or when the driver sends a poor-quality copy of BOL/BOL that’s not complete.

After the load is exported, an invoice is sent to the customer. The status of the load then changes automatically from Exported to Billed.

If an invoice is paid on time, the file is exported from QuickBooks to the database, and the status of the load changes to Paid, if not – to Open Balance.

If the driver loses BOL/scale ticket/lumper receipt, the status is changed to Missing Paperwork.

On this view you can also preview the Rate Confirmation file attached to the load.

2. MY LOADS 2.0

My loads 2.0 display information about loads according to the selected drivers.

By selecting a driver or drivers and additional search settings if needed, you can see the driver's ID, name, phone number, HOS statuses, and load information.

3. BOOKED LOADS

The Booked Loads page displays information about all the booked loads. Includes loads with status Booked.

4. DELIVERED LOADS

Delivered Loads displays information about all the delivered loads. Includes loads with statuses Delivered and Delivered – Pending.

5. ACTIVE LOADS

Active Loads display information about all the active loads. Includes loads with statuses Assigned, En Route to Shipper, At Shipper, En Route to Receiver,  and Loaded.

6. LTL LOADS

LTL Loads display information about all the LTL loads.

LTL loads are partial loads, where the shipment does not take full space in a truck. Several partial shipments can be consolidated in a truck and transported.

LTL loads can also be either combined or split. To combine loads, select the loads you need by clicking on a checkbox and the Combine button.

A new load page will appear along with the confirmation message at the top of the page informing that loads are successfully combined.

Edit the load's information if needed and click the Save button.

To split the combined load, select the load and click the Split button:

A confirmation message informing about a successful split should appear at the top of the page:
