To access a load page, you can simply click on the load number or use the general search bar located at the top of every page to search for the load by its number.
The load page provides you with various information, including but not limited to contact details, map, pick up, and delivery data. These details can be edited using an edit button next to the status information:
You can also view and download uploaded files for Rate Confirmation and Proof of Delivery (if the load's status is set as Delivered).
In addition to viewing load information and uploaded files, there are several actions that can be performed on a selected load.
- Copy – opens a window with a load’s copy that you can edit and save
- Invoice – generates an invoice
- Full PDF – downloads a PDF of an invoice
- Dispatch – opens a form for dispatching a load
- Request POD – opens a window for sending an automated SMS message requesting proof of delivery to the driver that is assigned to the load
At the bottom of the page, there's a map displaying the load's route and stops. This map changes in real-time according to the route you're creating, if you're editing load's delivery and pick up locations.
Please note that the map displaying the load's route and stops integrates with PCMiler Practical Miles for more accurate routing and mileage calculation.
The information for the current trailer and truck that a driver is using to deliver this load is also displayed in the load view and it is visible just below the driver and fleet manager information.
