Driver not receiving PIN code

Each time a driver attempts to log in, a new driver app verification code is generated.

  • The code is visible on the driver’s profile; you must refresh the page to see the latest code.

  • Stay on the call with the driver while they log in and provide them with the current PIN.

  • The exact location of the verification code in the OpenRoad dashboard is displayed on the driver’s profile, as shown in the screenshot below.
