Modified on Fri, 26 Sep at 6:50 AM

When a driver encounters issues with the OpenRoad Driver app, it is essential to provide the following information to IT. Without these details, troubleshooting cannot proceed effectively.

Required Information

  1. Driver’s device model – e.g., iPhone 13, Samsung Galaxy S22

  2. Operating system version – e.g., iOS 18, Android 14

  3. OpenRoad Driver app version – found in the app information

Tip: Always ensure the driver is using the latest version of the app, as many issues are resolved simply by updating.

Screenshots (if available)

  • Screenshot showing the app version in the driver’s settings

  • Screenshot of any error messages the driver sees

Description of the Issue

  • Clearly describe what is happening, e.g.:

    • App crashes on launch

    • Verification code not accepted

  • Include any steps the driver took before the problem occurred

Providing all these details ensures IT can diagnose and resolve the issue quickly, minimizing downtime for the driver.
