How can I check if a driver is using the app?

There are two ways to check this:

Dispatch Status: Right after dispatching a load, observe the driver's status. If you see 'Pending' next to the driver's name, it indicates that the driver has downloaded the app and logged in. Subsequent statuses include 'Accepted,' 'In Transit,' and 'Delivered.'


Mobile Logs: Navigate to the load's page and select 'Mobile logs.' Here, you'll find details about the driver's app-related actions, including load acceptance and document uploads.
