Taking a screenshot of the Network tab

As part of the troubleshooting steps, you might be requested to share a screenshot of the Network tab. This will help us identify any errors happening in the browser.

The process for accessing the Network tab depends on the browser. If you're using Chrome, you can click the three-dot menu (Customize and control Google Chrome) in the top-right corner, then navigate to More tools > Developer tools (or simply press F12).

This will open a window with several tabs. In the new window, you should select the Network tab and repeat the action causing the issue.

After performing the action, you can take a screenshot of the Network tab. Any errors (typically highlighted in red) will be especially helpful. If there are more requests than can fit into one Network tab view, please provide screenshots of all of them.
