Home Time

To enable the Home Time functionality, please visit the Settings-Preferences-Home Time tab:

After saving the settings, the new card will appear in drivers' profiles, Overview tab:

Enabling Initial Setup 

1. Click the Edit button (pencil icon).

2. Ensure the functionality is enabled (the toggle button should be green).

3. Enter the number of weeks in Next HT Threshold (in weeks).

4. Enter the number of days in HT Settings (in days).

5. Click Save.

Setting up Initial Balance

1. Click the Manage Balance button.

2. Select Create.

3. Enter the Start Date (the date from which the system should begin applying HT settings).

4. Enter the initial HT Balance (Value).

5. Enter a comment in the Reason field (required).

6. Click Add.

Editing Balance

1. Click the Manage Balance button.

2. Select Edit.

3. Enter the Edit Date (the date from which the system should apply changes).

4. Select whether to add or remove 1 day of HT balance (Value field).

5. Enter a comment in the Reason field.

6. Click Add.

FAQs:

• Can I adjust the balance by more than one day at a time?
  No, this is not possible. You need to use the ‘Edit’ view, select and save the value, and repeat the process until you reach the required number.
• Is Home Time enabled for all drivers by default?

  No. Home Time must be enabled manually.

• When does the system start counting Home Time days?
  The system starts counting from the Start Date specified during the initial HT setup for the driver.
