Reset empty miles calculations

Modified on Thu, 25 Sep at 6:35 AM

The Reset Location feature helps ensure accurate empty miles calculation, especially during recoveries. Instead of manually adjusting payroll, you can specify where the empty miles should begin.

The Reset Location button is available on every load page.

How It Works

  • Example: A driver’s last delivery was in Rantoul, IL, but their next load starts in Joliet, IL.

  • Click Reset Location, enter the reset time and address where empty miles should begin.

  • Click Save. The system will recalculate empty miles in both the load and the driver’s payroll.

If the wrong reset location was entered, click Reset Location again and re-enter the correct address.
