Available Trucks

To see information about available trucks, click on the Operations tab in the TMS dashboard and select Available Trucks.

The Available Trucks page is taking data from OpenRoad TMS and telematics devices. It will display the truck's availability based on the last delivery appointment time set on OpenRoad. If the driver who is assigned to the truck does not have next load after the last delivery, the truck will be displayed on the map. You can select the days of the week to see the available trucks.

This is an example of the view you would be able to see. The information about trucks will be displayed according to the status of the truck (available, planned for today, off duty, 34-hour reset, off, unscheduled off, vacation, breakdown, weather). Available Trucks will only display trucks that have completed their off-duty or load events and are currently available.

You can also customize the page according to your needs by selecting a team and a dispatcher:

Available trucks can be sorted either by team or by state:

After customizing the search, the map will also be updated. By clicking on truck's number, you can see more information about the load status, driver, location etc.

To see the truck availability map or list, click on either of these icons at the top right:
